Sixteen years ago, deep within the Kingdom of Carnava a strange new species of beast appeared.  These Beast fiends, as they are now known, were monstrous creatures that lay waste to great settlements and caused death and destruction to whoever and whatever lay in their paths.

          With impending danger threatening the kingdom, the Magic Association - a group of powerful spellcasters - were led by their great leader Master Mattias to save them all from the Beast Fiends.  The battle raged on for hundreds of years over miles of land.  When the battle was over the Beast Fiends had been conquered but Mattias had been killed.    

          The Beast Fiends, not kept down by their single defeat years ago, have slowly begun to reappear throughout the land.  With them another enemy, the rogue Shadow Frost Witch, Fatima, threatens to tip the balance of power to her favour by waging another great battle against the Magic Association – the Witch Conflict.  When Roland, a young knight, is imbued with the gift of magic through an accident in the Magic Technology laboratories, he finds himself diving head first into this power struggle with the Beast Fiends and Fatima.  The fate of the world depends on the Roland’s success.

          Joining Roland on his monumental adventure is his older brother, Rasche; Rina their childhood friend; Sophia, the ruler of the Kingdom of Carnava and the incredible witch Dia.
