Later this year, EA brings you a new chapter to the MySims story – MySims Kingdom.

          Your role in this new creative adventure, is to help King Roland and his subjects to restore the Kingdom to its former glory, ridding the land of the evil plans being hatched in the far corner of the Kingdom.

          Throughout this quest you will encounter new and old characters and hear their stories, discover fascinating new lands and build, build, build!

          Restoring the Kingdom can be accomplished by collecting essences, creating objects, and competing in a variety of mini-games.   There are 9 new mini-games featured in this game including kayaking, ski jumping, populating the zoo and many more.  You must overcome each game in order to persuade the King that their island is the ultimate royal destination.

          Customise your avatar anyway you see fit, although customising houses or landscape does require you to obtain objects and to get these you need essences.  Every object has an essence and using your handy essence extractor you can suck the essence out of anything.  After you have the essence combine it in the Synth-O-Matic and a new object will pop out ready for you to place.  Aside from the main story, this can lead to hours of gameplay just by enjoying this one feature.
